Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  4. Returns will only be accepted if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale.

  • Any item shipped back to us without prior approval.

  • Items that are returned in damaged or broken condition due to improper handling by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality control seriously and inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  4. IMPORTANT: If a damaged product is shipped back to us without prior approval, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process
